Returns and Refund Policies
Refunds will gladly be honored on unused/unopened items with receipt within 30 days of purchase, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. However, shipping is nonrefundable. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on juicers or appliances once used. Any warranty claims for a defective product should be presented to the manufacturer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, International customs is constantly changing their policies. Therefore, we are not liable for duties and taxes or lost/sized orders do to customs refusal. We recommend that you contact customs before placing an order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders are processed from 9 am to 5 pm PST Monday-Thuresday, and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm PST.
Orders received after 3:00 pm PST will be considered received the next business day.
