Carob Peanut Butter Pie

  • Blender
  • pie dish


  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups carob chips
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter


  • Blend ingredients (except peanut butter) for two minutes until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter while still blending.
  • Pour into pie shell (precooked) and freeze. If desired top with chopped nuts
  • Take out of freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
