Creamy-Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 whisk


  • 1/2 Cup Chia seeds
  • 2 Cup Organic coconut milk or nut milk
  • 1/2 Cup Maple syrup or light agave syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk
  • Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Stir again and then chill if desired for four hours
